Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational performance for assigned pension administration clients and meet contractual performance standards
  • •Plan, schedule, and manage pension administration work including capacity/utilization and tracking work in progress
  • •Identify and implement operational improvements to drive year-over-year workload efficiencies
  • •Coordinate client operations, facilitate weekly operational meetings, and act as primary client contact at times
  • •Verify benefit calculations and annual statements according to standards and procedures; support complex cases

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in defined benefit pension plan administration
  • •Experience in operations and coaching others to optimize their work
  • •Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • •Experience in project management is an asset
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Accounting Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience
