Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, test, and operate backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
  • •Build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture with tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
  • •Develop APIs and service interfaces so AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications can retrieve relevant context with provenance and confidence signals.
  • •Collaborate across product and infrastructure to make tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability as the system moves from prototype to production.
  • •Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards to improve reliability and operational visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems and solving complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
  • •Experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions in real-world applications, including prompt engineering and agent-facing workflows.
  • •Proven track record shipping software that reached production and is actively used by users.
  • •Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • •Experience using observability tools (metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards) to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
