Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direct supervision, perform basic and routine duties across environmental, health, and safety disciplines to meet ES&H standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
  • •Monitor hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.
  • •Assist in investigating accidents, injuries, and workplace hazard-related complaints.
  • •Participate in recommending improvements to processes, design, procedures, and equipment, and support employee training and emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in major infrastructure construction projects.
  • •Mandatory experience in tunneling works (TBM, NATM, Cut & Cover, or similar methods).
  • •Previous experience in Viaduct / Elevated Structure Construction is advantageous.
  • •Previous experience in High-Speed Rail, Railway, Metro, or Rail Infrastructure Projects is essential.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems; able to perform incident investigation and hazard identification.
