•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team; establish a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning; collaborate with Product Management to deliver customer-focused outcomes
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations
•Drive modernization through AI-augmented development tools, measure impact with core engineering metrics, and improve deployment velocity
