Job Summary

Provide research, analytical, and delivery support to embedded advisory teams working with Government of Rwanda institutions and the Country Director’s Office. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, clean and analyze data, and help build tools to monitor indicators. Draft briefing and concept notes for senior leadership, support stakeholder-facing decision papers and workshops, and coordinate plans, timelines, and reporting across project workstreams.

•Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform project deliverables and decision-making.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Ability to draft clear briefing notes and presentations for senior audiences and synthesize complex information into actionable outputs.
