Job Summary

Oversee safe production and timely maintenance for aggregate, ready-mix, and asphalt plants in collaboration with the Plant Superintendent and Area Manager. Lead repair and maintenance projects, manage production processes and performance targets, and ensure accurate plant records. Conduct regular safety inspections, assess equipment readiness, and coordinate materials and teams to optimize plant performance while providing leadership and coaching to staff.

•Assess equipment readiness, order materials, and coordinate with teams for optimal plant performance
