Innovation Design Engineer – NA Learning Lab

Design and prototype delivery systems and electromechanical concepts for P&G Fabric Care, translating consumer needs into looks-like and works-like technical specifications. Lead rapid experimentation and iterative refinement, then validate safe, functional devices through in-lab and small-scale learning. Partner across design, engineering, product development, and external suppliers to de-risk ideas, support design-for-manufacture, and enable smooth scale-up—while ensuring reliability, safety, and manufacturability.
