•Set the team strategy and ambition, leveraging diverse perspectives to make Turner & Townsend a great place to work.
•Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise potential and celebrate success.
•Act as a One Business leader, balancing outcomes for people, clients and shareholders with integrity and safety.
•Demonstrate in-depth market understanding, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity.
•Provide leadership and direction to the Real Estate Cost Management team across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients.

Key Requirements

•A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
•Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
•Degree or HNC level qualification.
•Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
