Job Summary

Lead the crypto and stablecoin Solution Consulting function, overseeing a team of Solution Consultants through the full sales cycle and product implementation. Act as the subject matter expert across Socure’s crypto products, coordinating resources across departments and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive adoption, client growth, and feature improvements. Based in a US location hub.

•Manage the vision and strategy for the Crypto Pod Solution Consulting function.
•Supervise a team of Solution Consultants to improve team performance and outcomes.
•Design, implement, and maintain playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to align customer implementation and technical needs.
•Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure alignment of work and drive adoption of crypto solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or certifications in the domain market are a plus.
•10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management within similar field.
•Deep understanding of the challenges, regulations, and business models within the crypto market.
•Familiarity with risk management solutions, compliance frameworks, and data analytics tools used within the industry.
•Proven track record of building and leading teams to achieve KPIs for solution consulting/engineering in crypto & stablecoin markets.
