Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will own the post-signature journey for neurology practices in New York: drive patient enrollment, manage onboarding with operations, data, and enrollment teams, and grow each account through renewals and referrals. You’ll be the primary contact, build trusted relationships, and help scale our dementia care platform by feeding customer insights back to product and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Enrollment and Activation: Drive patient enrollment ramp for each practice, lead onboarding as primary contact, and remove workflow friction to speed enrollment.
•Build the Relationship: Serve as the trusted point of contact with practices, schedule regular check-ins and reviews, and tailor engagement by value and complexity.
•Grow the Account: Expand referral and enrollment volume, identify strong partners for pilots, and drive renewal/expansion.
•Run It Cleanly: Manage questions and issues end to end, document interactions, and ensure compliance with Medicare/GUIDE and regulations.
•Document insights and feed customer feedback into product/prioritization to improve overall care delivery.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in account management, customer success, or a comparable post-sale role, ideally owning retention, expansion, or a book of business
•Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
•A track record of driving measurable outcomes: adoption, utilization, retention, or expansion (patient enrollment and engagement)
•Comfort with data and reporting; ability to stratify a portfolio and build reviews that move a practice forward
•Strong written and verbal communication, credible with clinical and administrative stakeholders
