Deliver world-class customer service for inbound travel calls from Premium card members in a high-volume contact center. Create new bookings and service existing travel arrangements, while consulting to understand member needs and provide personalized travel experiences. Research, plan, and arrange domestic and international flights, and car and/or hotel travel, and communicate relevant product offerings and value propositions.
