Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the whole credit control operations in Abu Dhabi, managing customer relationships and acting as lead decision maker for credit control.
  • •Supervise 1 collector and develop him into an assistant credit control specialist.
  • •Maintain customer records accurately and timely, ensuring collections are picked up in a logistically efficient manner.
  • •Own AR KPIs, including overdues management and cash, and drive efficiency and improvement vs. the previous year.
  • •Support the Credit Control Manager to meet collection objectives set by the Financial Controller, including reconciliations and ERP-based receipts data entry.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of practical, hands-on exposure to account collections in a high-volume customer environment in Abu Dhabi.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic (essential) and high-level written and spoken communications (essential).
  • •Familiarity with MS Office, email, internet (essential) and ERP systems.
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills, including reconciliations.
  • •Very high negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy for figures and records.
