Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio leadership and delivery activities, turning strategy into measurable outcomes and shaping/embedding portfolio direction.
  • •Establish and embed portfolio management control frameworks, conducting gap analysis and delivering an optimised future state.
  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders, influencing delivery teams through collaborative advisory support.
  • •Manage portfolio risks with a focus on health and safety, including identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • •Drive financial oversight and governance, including CapEx performance, budget tracking, cost reporting, and financial risk visibility; contribute to commission management and business development where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio/programme management methodologies and governance frameworks in real estate and complex delivery environments.
  • •Proven experience delivering portfolio and/or programme management in large-scale and/or high-profile real estate transformation projects.
  • •Experience in performance optimisation initiatives and managing capital investment plans.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead by example in high-performing portfolio/programme teams and build trusted delivery partnerships with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • •Experience managing portfolio/programme financial performance, including financial reporting, budget tracking, and cost/financial management processes.
