Job Summary

Own end-to-end FP&A cost management across cost data management, cost reporting, and cost analytics. Coordinate and challenge business plans and forecasts with deep cost analysis, enhance controls and documentation, and eliminate manual processes. Provide executive MI and insights to senior management, drive automation and digitization (including AI), and ensure robust control environments while supporting quarterly and ad hoc reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage regional cost teams to ensure an effective and efficient cost assessment approach and process.
•Support and execute coordination, consolidation, review, and challenge of business plans and forecasts, including detailed cost deep dives and performance measures.
•Enhance controls and documentation, remove manual processes, and quality assure associated outputs.
•Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, executive MI, and forward-looking cost insights to senior management; deliver monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
•Support digitization of MI and FP&A cost processes using modern tools and technologies (including AI), drive process simplification/automation, and represent Finance in key forums as required.

Key Requirements

•Recognized professional accounting qualification (CA) or MBA from a Tier1 institute.
•8-12 years of experience predominantly in finance, including leadership experience managing complex senior stakeholder requirements.
•Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, financial reporting, and business partnering in a business/group-facing process.
•Proven track record of designing, implementing, and operating processes, including operations management with process governance and stakeholder management.
•Experience implementing and validating the effectiveness of process controls and ensuring controls across deliverables to mitigate operational risk.
