Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications to create test plans for insurance applications and related systems.
  • •Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to ensure feature acceptance criteria and regression scenarios are fully covered.
  • •Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • •Ensure QA adherence to testing standards, quality guidelines, and best practices while planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking test items.
  • •Support business teams during User Acceptance Testing and assist with production deployments and verification tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a software quality assurance tester in the technology industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing types (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, system, UAT) plus SDLC.
  • •Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows and translate them into effective test scenarios with full QA coverage.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
