Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market, quantitative, and equity-derivatives analysis using Bloomberg and internal platforms; develop volatility, skew, term structure, earnings, and performance analytics.
  • •Prepare market intelligence and research content (market commentary, sector reviews, thematic reports, newsletters, charts, presentations, and summaries).
  • •Deliver business, client, and portfolio analytics including book/client/index/event/profitability and P&L analysis to generate actionable insights.
  • •Support trade lifecycle and trading assistance across global trading desks, including trade booking, give-up/pay-to-hold processing, reconciliations, settlement support, and exception management.
  • •Manage operational risk and controls by monitoring trade breaks, investigating discrepancies, ensuring accurate trade capture and reporting, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and driving governance reporting and process optimization/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant area.
  • •1–3+ years of experience in financial analytics, operations, or related roles.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx preferred).
  • •Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Clear communication skills and ability to present findings; proactive and resourceful while seeking guidance when needed.
