Job Summary

Review and process proposed finance applications for branches and DSUs, ensuring completeness, timeliness, compliance, and satisfactory risk rating. Analyze credit and financial documents, including bank statement genuineness and applicant financial statements, while checking customer status via de-dupes/CBRB. Meet daily targets with minimal errors, escalate higher-DP cases with recommendations, and stay current on ADIB products, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely support to branches and DSUs by reviewing and processing proposed finance applications within approved policies.
•Examine credit applications for completeness and timeliness, prepare error-free credit documents, and apply de-dupes and agreed TAT.
•Analyze bank statements for genuineness, continuity, turnovers, cheque returns, and average balances to detect artificial fabrication.
•Analyze applicants’ financial statements and comment on findings where required; check customer status via de-dupes/CBRB.
•Meet daily targets with the lowest error level, escalate higher DP cases with full analysis and recommendations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADIB products, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit.
•Good credit and analytical skills and knowledge.
•Detailed knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking credit products and services.
•Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
•Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks, plus good communication and computer skills.
