Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the inspection center.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain and develop the supervisory and reconditioning workforce, including recruiting, training, and certification progression.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with health/safety and loss prevention guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
