Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and operational processes to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product and engineering) to define measurable Service Level Indicators and Objectives.
  • •Provide technical expertise and feedback to align system designs and implementations with reliability and performance requirements.
  • •Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data to debug issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks, including participating in design reviews and staying current on SRE/DevOps best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript to enable automation and efficient tooling.
  • •Experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ADBMS, and Datadog for dashboards.
  • •Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments with strong system expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience using Oracle SQL for data integrity checks, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
