Job Summary

Join the Platform & Reliability Engineering team to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance for large distributed content delivery. You’ll design and maintain robust infrastructure and operational processes, partner with Product and engineering on SLI/SLOs, monitor availability and performance, debug and prevent incidents, and build automation to reduce repetitive work. Stay current on cloud, DevOps, and SRE best practices to support business continuity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and operational processes to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product and engineering) to define measurable Service Level Indicators and Objectives.
•Provide technical expertise and feedback to align system designs and implementations with reliability and performance requirements.
•Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data to debug issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks, including participating in design reviews and staying current on SRE/DevOps best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript to enable automation and efficient tooling.
•Experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ADBMS, and Datadog for dashboards.
•Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments with strong system expertise and problem-solving skills.
•Experience using Oracle SQL for data integrity checks, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
