Grow and retain profitable commercial banking relationships by driving new business through client/prospect calling, referrals, and cross-selling. Manage credit processes including loan structuring and credit analysis, generate commercial and real estate lending opportunities, and close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range. Build long-term franchise value through proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, networking events, and deposit growth through additional banking products.
