Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical integration lifecycle, driving scope analysis and solution design through UAT and post-launch optimization.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving data mapping, latency, and system compatibility within a high-volume network.
•Interface between the client’s engineering team and internal developers, translating requirements into detailed technical specifications.
•Analyze system performance using logging/monitoring tools to identify integration bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
•Act as the technical interface for key client stakeholders and internal teams, adapting to different time zones and occasionally traveling abroad.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager or Integration Consultant managing client projects, with prior Fintech/E-commerce/Payments experience.
•Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures, including the ability to read, write, and test payloads using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
•Proven ability to read and interpret code/scripts to understand integration logic (development not required).
•Experience driving the integration lifecycle, including scope analysis, solution design, UAT, and post-launch optimization.
•Familiarity with Jira for tracking and managing project tasks (plus).
