Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior people leader for Digital Identity shared services teams in India, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
•Translate global Identity strategy into clear priorities, execution plans, and outcomes for India-based teams.
•Ensure consistent application of standards, tooling, and processes across all Identity functions.
•Act as a trusted partner to global Identity leadership, providing visibility into delivery health, risks, and opportunities.
•Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in technology, digital platforms, or identity-adjacent domains.
•Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary, shared-services teams in a global delivery model.
•Strong background in governance, delivery management, or platform operations.
•Experience working with DevOps tooling, release processes, and enterprise workflows (hands-on expertise not required, but strong fluency expected).
•Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
