Job Summary

Lead multiple cross-functional project teams to improve the quality support experience for HP customers. Set program priorities, define measurable objectives, monitor execution, and provide governance to keep initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Serve as a central point for timely investigation, escalation, and resolution of quality-related issues across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pre-Sales, and Sales. Oversee quality-related communications to ensure consistent, accurate messaging aligned with business priorities.

•Establish program priorities and objectives, monitor execution, and ensure initiatives are aligned to measurable quality outcomes.
•Investigate, coordinate, and drive resolution of quality-related issues, managing structured issue escalation and closure.
•Oversee development, coordination, and delivery of quality-related communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
•Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pre-Sales, and Sales stakeholders to communicate actions and reinforce quality best practices.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
•7–10 years of work experience in technology/engineering marketing, communications, and program management with current knowledge of computer technologies.
•Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
•Understanding of HP Personal Systems R&D, supply chain, product management, and related organizational processes.
•Advanced communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
