•Prepare for and lead project meetings, manage agendas and action items, and support timely decision-making.
•Facilitate milestone readiness reviews and ensure alignment on deliverables and requirements.
•Lead team efforts to identify emerging risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive early mitigation actions and escalate when necessary.
