•Design and implement multiscale material models for textile composites within the DIGIMAT simulation platform.
•Develop virtual manufacturing workflows that capture the impact of draping, infusion, RTM, compression molding, and curing on composite performance.
•Build and validate homogenization and continuum mechanics models for damage and failure across composite systems.
•Create and maintain automated workflows for textile composite model generation, characterization, and experimental correlation.

•PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field (or equivalent research/industry experience).
•5–8 years of post-doctoral or industrial R&D experience in composite materials modeling, specifically including textile composites and multiscale simulation.
•Advanced knowledge of composite material modeling and simulation, including homogenization, continuum mechanics, and damage/failure modeling.
•Strong understanding of textile composite architectures (woven, braided, NCF, 3D woven) and how they relate to manufacturing processes and structural performance.
•Proficiency in at least one of C++, C#, or Python, with experience developing and validating simulation software.
