Job Summary

Own end-to-end HR employee lifecycle administration for Sonova’s regional HR Services team, ensuring accurate, timely, and service-oriented support to employees and line managers. Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee data in HR systems, and support payroll-related data and annual HR processes. Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools, advise on HR policies, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration to deliver a smooth, high-quality employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
•Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments, and manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits).
•Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP) and ensure timely, accurate payroll-related data.
•Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English, including assisting with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus).
•Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss), advise on HR policies and procedures, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment with a solid understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
•Familiarity with HR processes and systems, with an understanding of HR best practices.
•Team player with strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking.
•Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
•Proficiency in English; Japanese/Korean is considered a plus.
