Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line systems support for Aftersales service teams across all branches, answering queries and resolving system-related issues within 48 hours.
  • •Resolve same-day front-line system blockers including invoice reversals, mileage corrections, discount applications, package amendments, and time-clocking issues.
  • •Partner with Aftersales, Finance, and IT to investigate issues, gather information, and drive resolutions to close within agreed timelines.
  • •Create and maintain pre-delivery inspection packages and build/upload retail service packages for new models aligned to approved menu pricing with full accuracy.
  • •Maintain master data on backend system tables, including scheduling data (appointment and technician work schedules) and dealer-installed accessory setups.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems support, master data or pricing in a comparable role.
  • •Aftersales automotive experience is essential, with a pricing analyst or pricing assistant background.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience, ideally supporting/administrating SAP in an automotive environment.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills, including power/quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • •Demonstrable experience in data warehousing, data management, and data quality control, plus excellent written and spoken communication.
