Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality technical advisory work for thermal-generation projects.
  • •Support feasibility studies, functional designs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
  • •Coordinate interfaces across mechanical, electrical, civil, and control and instrumentation disciplines.
  • •Provide engineering support during execution, including technical queries, factory inspections, material testing, and construction monitoring.
  • •Support testing, commissioning, operational inspections, and consultancy proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc/BEng or BTech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Two to three years’ experience in thermal-generation power projects.
  • •ECSA registration as a Candidate Engineer or Candidate Engineering Technologist; professional registration is advantageous.
  • •Exposure to power plant modelling, design, construction supervision, or commissioning is advantageous.
  • •Experience with coal-fired power plants or technical advisory services to investors, project developers, or banks is beneficial.
