Job Summary

Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs by assessing organizational security awareness needs, creating and updating role-based educational content, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and emerging threats. Develop simulation scenarios and practical exercises, and research new threats and technologies. Track and report training and development metrics while communicating complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
