Human Resources Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate HR activities at the Douglas, Georgia location, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and orientation, employment and labor relations, and affirmative action/equity programs. Oversee personnel policies and day-to-day administration, manage compensation/benefits alignment with corporate programs, submit personnel budget recommendations, and support separation planning, reporting to reduce absenteeism/turnover, and participation in hearings and investigations.
