Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute daily manufacturing operations aligned to tactical line directions and quality output goals.
  • •Drive process improvements to enable yield growth, develop BKMs with sister sites, and ensure process matching across product life phases.
  • •Identify and reduce chamber/tool mismatches and support excursions, scrap reduction, and quality escalations.
  • •Verify and release new recipes through buddy check procedures, ensure qualification strategies on assigned workstations, and create/maintain step-level FMEA.
  • •Implement and document changes using ECN and GCP processes; support tool releases and define offload options where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Statistical data analysis and root cause analysis to improve quality and yield.
  • •Failure analysis using FMEA, 8D, or SPC methodology.
  • •Experience with product quality escalation, troubleshooting, and process/equipment/material evaluation for optimization and cost reduction.
