Product Quality Engineer

Own hardware quality across the product lifecycle, from early design and prototyping through manufacturing, deployment, and end-of-life. Monitor field quality metrics like RMA rates, MTBF, and reliability ratio, analyze failure and repair data, and drive containment and mitigation plans. Lead field hardware quality meetings, oversee failure analysis operations with contract manufacturers, and feed root-cause learnings back into engineering and support teams.
