Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior local leadership to support business goals, auction processes, and team/member engagement across the region.
  • •Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for regional operations and advise senior leaders using business, financial, and operational information.
  • •Use data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and improve business activities and performance across sites.
  • •Partner with project management and operations teams to execute change management initiatives effectively across locations.
  • •Mentor and hold General Managers accountable, executing succession planning through coaching, leadership development, and performance management; ensure safety policy adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Must live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (or be open to relocating to an area within these time zones).
  • •Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to support sites.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation initiatives and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment, including people development.
  • •Strong leadership and operations experience, including leading and growing exempt-level leaders through change and efficiency initiatives.
