Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PLM projects and manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of objectives and milestones
  • •Develop concepts and solution architectures for PLM deployments, aligning with customer requirements
  • •Analyze business processes with client representatives and document necessary adjustments
  • •Directly manage a project team, coordinating PLM technologies and ensuring smooth handover of results
  • •Collaborate with clients, partners, and sales to generate follow-on projects and new opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading PLM projects and delivering concepts and solution architectures for PLM deployments
  • •Strong knowledge of PLM platforms, processes across the product lifecycle, and experience with modern IT architectures
  • •Ability to lead project teams, manage client interactions, and cooperate with sales for Akquise activities
  • •Fluent in German and English; willingness for international travel within Europe
  • •Experience with consulting/project methods and agile approaches such as Scrum
