Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Oversee people management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff, including coaching, training, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with client account and practice leadership to grow profitable backlog, budgets, wins/bookings, and financial success.
  • •Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and ensure strategies yield capture rates and build technical capabilities.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for project issues and ensure compliance with AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
