Job Summary

Build and scale Jasper’s enterprise growth engine, leading integrated growth across paid media, lifecycle, field marketing, ABM, and organic channels (SEO/GEO/AEO). Partner closely with Sales to define target accounts, drive predictable pipeline and revenue, and improve funnel conversion using rigorous forecasting, reporting, and experimentation. Lead and coach a multidisciplinary growth team, pioneering how AI and automation enhance speed, personalization, measurement, and optimization across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Jasper’s integrated enterprise growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing.
•Run world-class enterprise marketing programs by coordinating executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays with Sales.
•Partner with Sales leadership to define target accounts, build ABM programs, prioritize investment, and drive predictable pipeline generation and expansion.
•Own growth performance using data to evaluate funnel performance, optimize investment, improve conversion, and establish forecasting and reporting rhythms.
•Build and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary growth team and foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 280,000 annually

•Experience partnering with Sales leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.
