  • •Lead Month End Close, Forecasting and Reporting; forecast meetings with business partners, highlight risks/opportunities, drive action to improve profitability
  • •Prepare accruals for month end close and provide variances for leadership; ensure accurate financials
  • •Provide actionable reporting to understand P&L/trends and drive the business forward
  • •Contribute to annual budgeting process by maintaining templates, analyzing trends, and consolidating feedback from leadership
  • •Lead and develop an Analyst/Associate
