Provide operational and analytical support for fraud strategy, focusing on system testing, issue resolution, and ongoing controls. Key Responsibilities

•Perform system testing and analysis for fraud platforms to ensure functionality aligns with requirements, standards, and regulatory expectations.
•Execute and monitor operational procedures and controls on assigned systems to support compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, including identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, communicate impacts, and drive timely outcomes.
•Maintain accurate documentation for system changes, testing, issue resolution, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•3 to 5 years of related experience, including testing experience.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
•Ability to work as part of a project team.
•Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
