Executive Chef / Production Manager

Lead end-to-end food production operations across corporate catering, company restaurants, and event services. Plan production schedules, ensure hygiene, safety, yield, and quality standards, and maintain up-to-date SOPs. Manage staffing rosters, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls while optimizing resources and minimizing waste. Provide technical support for new projects, drive root-cause resolution for customer complaints, coordinate with Procurement/Stores, and manage contingency plans for peak periods.
