Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical close and orchestrate the sales strategy for high-stakes AI subscription and services wins.
  • •Lead consultative customer discussions, challenging proprietary lock-in and presenting Red Hat’s open-platform digital sovereignty story.
  • •Translate Red Hat AI into an economic value narrative, demonstrating reduced TCO and optimized inference/hardware utilization in hybrid cloud.
  • •Define AI strategy within the Global Account Plan aligned to the customer’s long-term predictive, generative, and agentic roadmap.
  • •Influence GTM strategy via a voice-of-the-customer feedback loop to Product Management and manage internal stakeholder accountability to drive deal velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in professional technical sales or solution architecture, specifically in AI, cloud, Kubernetes, and high-performance computing.
  • •Demonstrated success managing long-term, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple technical and financial decision-makers.
  • •Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, distributed inference, and model monitoring.
  • •Passion for selling open standards, community-driven innovation, and software transparency.
  • •Residency in Sydney or Melbourne with appropriate right-to-work within Australia, plus willingness to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand.
