Production Helper

Provide general labor support in the production of plastic film by assisting with machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and packaging. Ensure efficient production runs by maintaining workflow organization and safety standards while helping operators during production and downtime. Perform visual inspections, package and label finished products, move rolls to holding areas, cut and prepare cores, stage line supplies for current and next shifts, and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
