Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and packaging for plastic film production.
  • •Perform regular quality checks on production rolls (edges, wrinkles, flare outs, core extension, weight accuracy) and report issues to the operator.
  • •Pull finished rolls from the winder, package and label finished products to order specifications, and move products to designated holding areas using appropriate equipment.
  • •Cut and prepare cores for production use and stage/maintain necessary line supplies for ongoing and next-shift operations.
  • •Assist the operator during production and downtime to ensure continuous operation, including visual inspections and maintaining housekeeping/cleanliness of assigned areas.

Key Requirements
