Job Summary

Drive Reckitt’s e-commerce channel across Egypt & North Africa by partnering with key e-commerce platforms, growing IMS, NR and category shares, and owning e-commerce P/L. You will lead joint business planning, accurate monthly forecasting, SKU listing and visibility, and budget management across accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to execute plans, improve conversion rates, and secure new accounts and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the e-commerce channel by initiating partnerships with e-commerce platforms to grow IMS, NR, and category shares.
•Conduct joint business planning with key platforms and ensure accurate monthly forecasting and phasing to meet sales targets.
•Own e-commerce P/L, manage budgets with assigned accounts, and ensure listing, availability, and visibility of all Reckitt SKUs across platforms.
•Acquire new accounts, strengthen presence of Reckitt brands, and implement marketing activations and promotions aligned with brand teams.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to execute business plans and improve conversion rates.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in eCommerce sales, marketplace management, or key account management with a track record of online sales growth.

•Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and category teams to execute eCommerce business plans.
•Experience managing P/L and budgets for eCommerce accounts.
•Strong commercial awareness and ability to evaluate assortment opportunities to drive brand success.
