Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage project commissions end-to-end, interfacing with clients to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
•Establish effective project governance, processes and systems; develop and maintain the master project plan and activity schedules.
•Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources; lead cross-functional project teams.
•Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control, budgets and forecast vs actual costs.
•Interface with clients, other consultants, and stakeholders at all stages; advise on Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality issues.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering (ideally)
•Experience on large scheme projects (£100m+)
•Preferred chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS
•Ability to lead project management commissions end-to-end and manage client interfaces
•Strong budget, schedule and governance discipline
