Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer portfolios and priorities to develop scoped digital transformation approaches involving MongoDB technologies.
  • •Translate customer use cases and needs into scoped projects and statements of work.
  • •Partner with sales to build account strategies and manage the professional services pipeline for bookings and regional revenue forecasts.
  • •Articulate the business value of professional services, including service delivery challenges, strategies, and mitigating risks.
  • •Work with the practice and delivery teams to propagate reusable assets and transition agreed scope and expectations for successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years selling Professional Services and/or technology solutions at an enterprise software company.
  • •Experience as an architect, consultant, project manager, or Professional Services manager.
  • •Experience positioning and selling professional services internally and carrying a quota for PS bookings.
  • •General database knowledge (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL) and ability to scope and estimate projects.
