Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) to ensure compliance with business expectations.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • •Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • •Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers and identify supply chain risks to mitigate business impacts.
  • •Lead Supplier Performance Reviews and coordinate supplier and part transition activities to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and SAP.
  • •Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English written and spoken.
