Key Responsibilities

•Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across engineering disciplines.
•Develop talent landscapes by company, skillset, geography, and organizational structure to surface hidden talent pools and competitor insights.
•Use advanced Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and creative channels to identify, engage, and attract technical talent.
•Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations to increase recruiter productivity and candidate discovery.
•Serve as the technical sourcing SME by coaching recruiters and hiring managers and collaborating across TA and engineering teams to optimize recruiting strategy and candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries.
•Proven track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical roles.
•Deep expertise in advanced Boolean search and modern sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
•Ability to operate as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring leaders, influencing hiring strategy through market insights and talent intelligence.
•Hands-on experience building or leveraging AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, or automations to improve recruiting or business processes.
