Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class service and technical support for customers’ installed UT systems and equipment across North America.
  • •Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair activities on UT testing systems.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and ultrasonic testing equipment issues to improve uptime and system performance.
  • •Conduct annual certifications, equipment health assessments, and service interventions per company and customer requirements.
  • •Provide operator training and serve as the primary technical contact during field assignments, completing accurate service and certification documentation.
