Job Summary

Provide hands-on technical service for Waygate Technologies installed Ultrasonic Testing (UT) systems across North America. You’ll install, commission, calibrate, inspect, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/automation issues, and deliver operator training. Serve as the primary on-site technical contact, complete service and certification documentation, ensure safe work aligned to quality standards, and collaborate with Service, Engineering, Project Management, and Sales teams to maximize customer uptime and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, commission, calibrate, inspect, perform preventive maintenance, and repair UT testing systems and equipment across North America.
•Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation, and ultrasonic testing equipment issues to maximize uptime and performance.
•Conduct annual certifications, equipment health assessments, and service interventions per company and customer requirements.
•Deliver customer training on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
•Serve as the primary technical contact during field assignments, complete service documentation, and ensure safe work aligned to quality and customer schedules.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 65,410 - 121,510 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technology from an accredited college or university.
•Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems or devices.

•Ability to travel extensively throughout North America and occasionally internationally, with a valid passport and driver license.
