Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and implementation of web applications and platform services.
•Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend services including authentication/authorization, business logic, data access, and integrations.
•Develop responsive front-end applications using React/Next.js, Redux, and modern UI patterns.
•Drive CI/CD automation and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) with Docker and Kubernetes; ensure security, observability, and reliability.
•Mentor engineers through code/design reviews, pair programming, and growth plans while partnering with Product, UX, and DevOps/SRE to influence roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack delivery ownership
•2+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or equivalent)
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
•Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (Django / Django REST Framework)
•Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React/Next.js), RESTful API design, SQL & relational databases, and CI/CD tooling (Git/Jenkins); experience with Docker and Kubernetes
•Ability to mentor engineers, perform design reviews, and drive engineering standards across the team
