Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and perform sanitation tasks to support production and maintain the facility, including waste removal, floor/equipment sanitizing, and end-of-shift cleaning.
  • •Coach employees to follow sanitation policies and procedures.
  • •Support the production department by cleaning and preparing for the next shift.
  • •Occasionally communicate with other departments (e.g., Quality or Production) to collaborate and solve problems.
  • •Ensure routine sanitation equipment maintenance and promptly report food safety sanitation issues to a supervisor.
