Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for individual pupils and groups inside and outside the classroom to support participation and well-being.
  • •Assist in implementing individual education programmes and help monitor pupils’ progress.
  • •Assist class teachers with maintaining pupil records and supporting teaching tasks (e.g., photocopying).
  • •Provide academic assistance, including group instruction as prescribed and monitoring/assessing work during progress.
  • •Supervise pupils in classrooms and other locations, check attendance, support behavior policy development, and discipline misbehavior in line with school policy.
